Hi,my name is Chloe, I’m one of the Pilates instructors at Alfa Physio center and pilates, which has been in business since 1985.
We offer a variety of lessons using the pilates reformer, including clinical pilates for rehabilitation after a injury. Our classes can be healed on weekdays and the weekends.
